Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to services or products that were not rendered or defective. Customers may be eligible for a refund if they meet the following conditions:

  • The customer has proof of purchase or appointment cancellation.
  • The customer submits a refund request within 7 days of the purchase or appointment cancellation.

Refund Amount

The amount of the refund will be equal to the price paid for the service or product, minus any fees or other costs incurred by RTW Essential Wellness LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, processing fees, shipping fees, and taxes.

Time Frame

Customers must submit their refund request within 7 days of the purchase or appointment cancellation. If a refund request is submitted after 30 days, RTW Essential Wellness LLC may not be able to process the request.

Refund Process

Customers can submit a refund request by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. Our team will review the request and notify the customer of the refund decision within 7 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.


There may be situations where RTW Essential Wellness LLC will not issue a refund, even if the customer meets the eligibility criteria. These situations may include:

  • The customer cancels an appointment without sufficient notice.
  • The customer is not satisfied with the results of a service or product, but RTW Essential Wellness LLC determines that the service or product was delivered as advertised.
  • The service or product was not purchased directly from RTW Essential Wellness LLC.

Communicating Our Refund Policy

Our refund policy will be communicated to customers through our website and service agreement. We will also train our staff members on the policy so they can answer any customer questions. By creating a clear and transparent refund policy, we hope to provide our customers with the confidence to try our services and products without the fear of financial loss.
