    RTW Essential Wellness LLC is seeking an experienced RN Esthetician—a part-time position that can lead to full-time. This position will require hydra facial treatments, IPL Laser hair removal, IPL photo facial treatments, Micro-needling, and more.

    Along with performing less invasive procedures, an aesthetic RN’s responsibilities include the following:

    • Facilitating patient consultations
    • Performing medical screenings and skin assessments for patients
    • Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing medical equipment
    • Assisting surgeons with cosmetic surgery
    • Education patients about proper before and after care practices
    • Monitoring the patient’s health throughout the procedure
    • Learning the latest strategies and protocols

    Before applying, candidates must meet the qualifications listed below:

    • One to two years of work experience in medical aesthetics (preferably)
    • A Basic Life Support Certification from AHA (American Heart Association)
    • A presentable and professional appearance
    • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
    • An accommodating and pleasing personality
    • A capability to make clinical decisions that prioritize the patient’s safety

    Physician Assistant/Associate PA, Nurse Practitioner NP Aesthetic +

    Injectables PAs and NPs may begin as Facialists and Aesthetic Nurses. They will learn skincare procedures and become certified in Basic Injectables. We will then encourage them to pursue advanced and master-level certifications.

    Psychiatrist Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Behavioral Health) +

    RTW Essential Wellness LLC strives to provide top-quality yet accessible behavioral health care for all. As we live in post-COVID times, we strive to help individuals achieve a better mental state with a few hassle-free clicks on their mobile devices.

    We are looking for professionals possessing the following traits:

    • Expertise in diagnosing and treating individuals with ADHD
    • An ability to render services in a hybrid setting (face-to-face consultations, remote check-ups, etc.)

    Along with the traits discussed above, RTW Essential Wellness LLC requires applicants to possess the following qualifications:

    • A valid PMHNP license in Massachusetts
    • A valid DEA license
    • An ability to work with a collaborating physician
    • Proficiency with word processing and computer-based systems
    • A capability to adapt to new work-related software and policy updates
    • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication

    Chosen candidates must possess the capability to handle the following job responsibilities:

    • Facilitating in-person psychiatric evaluations (for new patients) and remote follow-up consultations when necessary
    • Prescribing and managing medicines for patients and adjusting medication dosage when necessary
    • Responding to EHR messages and refilling requests
    • Organizing remote patient consultations (for follow-ups) via the patient panel

    We may offer chosen candidates full-time, part-time, or contractual employment. Securing this job necessitates a medical specialty in psychiatry with different work settings (in-person, hybrid remote, and private practice.)

    Master's Level Clinician +

    A Master’s level clinician is a mental health professional who delivers a range of related services in a community setting. They are trained to work with a specific patient population and to provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of specific mental health conditions. They can also provide counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and/or case management services.

    Some of their responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

    • Using various methods like interviews, case histories, psychological tests, and/or observational techniques to collect information about the client. Collecting data is a critical part of assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions and determining the proper therapeutic approach or referral to other specialists.
    • Ensuring a safe and non-judgmental environment. By ensuring safety and confidentiality, clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings. Master’s level clinicians can then gain insight into their behavior and teach them coping skills to deal with their problems.
    • Assessing the effectiveness of the treatment plan and approach and adjusting it as needed to achieve the best patient outcomes. They are committed to providing high-quality, effective mental health services by providing support and tools clients need to achieve their goals and lead a more fulfilling life.
    • Referring clients to appropriate healthcare service providers as necessary. In case the client requires services that are beyond the Master’s level clinician’s scope of specialty, the healthcare professional can refer them to other experts and agencies who can help them with their specific concerns.

    Job Requirements:

    • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Psychiatry, Mental Health Counseling, and related fields
    • Computer proficiency
    • Knowledge of the principles, methods, procedures, and standards in mental health counseling
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to observe, assess, and record client’s progress
    • Emotionally stable to maintain professionalism and cope with the practice’s stress and challenges
